- College Baseball

- Annual Tenant Show

- At the end of March, Austin Junior Forum and South Austin Area Motorcycle Enthusiasts host a bike ride to benefit AJF's Teddy Bear Program, supplying teddy bears and dalmatians to needy children, starting from Cowboy Harley-Davidson of Austin and ending at Cindy's Gone Hog Wild, featuring a scrabble scramble fun run, prizes, silent auction, and after-party at Cindy's. - Louisiana Swamp Thing and Crawfish Festival

- Old Pecan Street Spring Arts Festival

- Cake and Sugar Art Competition and Show

- NCAA Football, created in 1997 to promote college football ideals, makes no bones about the importance of each game.
